What is PRINCE2® Agile?

PRINCE2® Agile is the world’s most utilised and adopted project management method, used by people and organizations from wide-ranging industries and sectors.

The PRINCE2® Agile (6th Edition) methodology is a made up of seven core Principles, Themes and Processes. The Principles represent the ‘why’, the Themes represent the ‘what’ and the Processes represent the ‘how’ of project management – and together they provide a clear path to project management success.

PRINCE2® Agile has two levels – PRINCE2® Agile Foundation and PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner.

Description

About This Course

The Practitioner level will ensure you have sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to apply and tailor the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios. Available learning options are eLearning and Virtual Classroom.

Prerequisites:

To enrol onto the PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner level qualification, you will need to have passed one of the following: PRINCE2® Agile Foundation (5th Edition or 6th Edition); Project Management Professional (PMP)®; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®; and IPMA Level A®, B, C, or D.

Study Time:

This is an intensive two-day classroom course.

Technical Requirements:

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).

System Requirements:

  • The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requsite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11).
