What is PRINCE2® Project Management?

PRINCE2 is the world’s most utilised and adopted project management method, used by people and organizations from wide-ranging industries and sectors.

The PRINCE2® (6th Edition) methodology is a made up of seven core Principles, Themes and Processes. The Principles represent the ‘why’, the Themes represent the ‘what’ and the Processes represent the ‘how’ of project management – and together they provide a clear path to project management success.

PRINCE2® has two levels – PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner.

Description

About This Course

This foundation level will ensure candidates know and understand the PRINCE2® method well enough to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

Prerequisites:

To start studying PRINCE2® at Foundation level, it helps to have some general understanding of project management, however, there are no formal prerequisites.

Study Time (eLearning):

To complete the Foundation level, we recommend about 25 hours for learning and reflection.

We recommend taking this PRINCE2® qualification if you’re looking to gain first-class project management skills, improve your employment prospects and build a career in project management.

Exams

The format of the Foundation exam is as follows:
60 minute exam duration
60 questions
Closed book
33/60 required to pass = 55% pass mark

Take your PRINCE2 Foundation exam and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner exam online!
This PRINCE2 online exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone (Valid ID required) and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
Please note a minimum of 3 weeks notice is normally applicable to arrange prince2 online exams

Technical Requirements:

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz.
