Our Recruitment Process
A step-by-step guide of what you can expect when you work with us to recruit a new permanent, temporary or contract employee.
- Get in touch: Contact us or upload your role specification to our website and one of our consultants will call you straight back.
- Consultation: We will arrange an in-depth teleconference or face-to-face meeting to discuss your requirements. If you don’t have a role description, we can help with the prepare one. At this stage, we also take the time to understand your business, and the type of individuals that would thrive in your organisation. This will allow us to provide an honest appraisal about market conditions, the availability of candidates and how attractive your role and remuneration packages are.
- Timescales: We will agree timescales and milestones with you and stick to them throughout the recruitment process.
- Shortlist & Interview Stage: At this stage, we will provide you with a list of candidates who have been qualified against all your technical, creative and personality requirements. We will arrange interviews with your preferred candidates. We can also arrange psychometric testing and assessment centres as part of your vetting process.
- Referencing & Offer Stage Management: We conduct full referencing for your potential new employee to guarantee their credibility. We manage the offer stage to make sure that you secure your new hire in your ideal timescales, at the right salary level.
