What is PRINCE2® Project Management?

PRINCE2 is the world’s most utilised and adopted project management method, used by people and organizations from wide-ranging industries and sectors.

The PRINCE2® (6th Edition) methodology is a made up of seven core Principles, Themes and Processes. The Principles represent the ‘why’, the Themes represent the ‘what’ and the Processes represent the ‘how’ of project management – and together they provide a clear path to project management success.

PRINCE2® has two levels – PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner.

Description

About This Course

This accredited course aims to provide you with a straight forward route to becoming a fully certificated Registered Practitioner.

Prerequisites:

There are no formal pre-requisites for the Foundation examination however you must have passed Foundation prior to undertaking the Practitioner examination.

Study Time (eLearning):

we recommend about 20 hours for Foundation level and about 30 hours (cumulative) for Practitioner level study and qualification. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the e-Learning, reference to the PRINCE2 Manual and other support documents and completion of the Practical Tasks and Tests. Depending on other commitments, you will require anything from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete this learning.

Exams

The format of the Foundation exam is as follows:
60 minute exam duration
60 questions
Closed book
33/60 required to pass = 55% pass mark

The format of the Practitioner exam is as follows:
150 minute exam duration
68 questions
Open book (official PRINCE2 manual only)
38/68 required to pass = 55% pass mark

This PRINCE2 online exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone (Valid ID required) and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
Please note a minimum of 3 weeks notice is normally applicable to arrange prince2 online exams

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz.
