What is PRINCE2® Agile?

PRINCE2 Agile® combines the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2 Agile® with the flexibility and responsiveness of agile. PRINCE2 Agile® has been developed for individuals and organisations who use PRINCE2 Agile® but understand the benefits of using agile methodologies within a project.

This course provides guidance on applying PRINCE2 Agile® and Agile methodologies to improve project management within your organisation.

This PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner course teaches you the knowledge and techniques needed to pass the official exams and implement this combination of two of the world’s most used and popular project management methodologies, in any project you embark on throughout your career.

Description

About This Course

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is designed to help candidates apply the PRINCE2 Agile method in practice through real-world project management examples.

Prerequisites:

To enrol onto the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner level qualification, you will need to have passed one of the following:
PRINCE2® Foundation (or higher)
PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation
Project Management Qualification® (PMQ)*
Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM)*
IPMA Levels A, B, C and D® (Certified Projects Director)

Study Time (eLearning):

We recommend 30 hours (cumulative) for Practitioner level study and qualification. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the e-Learning, reference to the PRINCE2 Agile Handbook and other support documents (provided within the product), and completion of the Practical Tasks and Tests. Depending on other commitments, you will require anything from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete this learning.

Who is Course Suitable for:

Anyone interested in learning about and applying agile, agility and agile approaches to managing their projects or aspiring for a career in project management.
This is an accredited course and prepares you for a qualification in AgilePM Project Management

Exams

Take your PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner exam online! This exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone (Valid ID required) and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
It is ideal for candidates who may not have access to exam centres or those who may not be able to get to an exam centre.

Please note a minimum of 3 weeks notice is normally applicable to arrange online exams.

Technical Requirements:

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).
