This in house course and package is designed for individuals who desire to begin a career as PMO analyst, Project Support Officers (PSO), Project coordinator, Assistant Project Manager etc. This course is designed to give you the core elements of Project Management Office using really simple examples and case studies to practice with. You will gain access to learn and use key PM tools /systems / templates.

This course is also relevant for people who wish to set-up of a PMO without having to spend time working out what needs to be done.

This non accredited course will provide you with a step by step guide with key information you need to understand and build a PMO.

About This Course

This course will ensure candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the project management office.

This course will provide you with core knowledge of how to carry out key PMO tasks.

– Understand the definitions and concepts of a PMO
– Explain the key aspects for each PMO function
– Breakdown the steps that are needed to implement each part of a PMO
– Provide a structured approach for Implementing a PMO as quickly as within 4 weeks
– CV Revamp
– 60min Interview Prep (with Common interview questions provided)
– 1 Month On the job support
– One to One mentorship

Prerequisites:

There are no pre-requisites to go on this course.

Study Time:

Training is spread over 3 Saturday’s 9am – 3pm UK time

Technical Requirements:

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz.
