Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) Essentials is a modular workshop, adaptable up to 2-days in length based on the needs of your organization. About This Course

• An understanding of how agility can help you improve your organization’s performance
• An understanding of how you, as a manager or leader, can help your organization achieve the benefits of agility
• An understanding of how culture and values influence your organization’s ability to reap the benefits of agility
• Practical skills for helping to guide and coach agile teams, and to help them remove impediments
• An understanding of how to measure the benefits and impacts of agility in your organization

There is no prerequisite for this course

Study Time:

This is a 2 days virtual classroom course

Who is This Course Suitable For:

This course is for leaders and managers responsible for the introduction and establishment of Agile methods and techniques in an organization/division.

Exams:

All participants completing the Professional Agile Leadership – Essentials course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification assessment. PAL-E class participants who attempt the PAL I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

What is included:

You will understand where and how agility can help your organisation improve, by addressing challenges you can solve in no other way. You will also understand how agile teams work and what you, as a manager or leader, can do to help them to improve. You will also be able to quantify the benefits of improving the agility of your organisation through concrete measures.

This class can be delivered on-site, in a specific organisation, to help its leaders understand their important role in transforming their organisation, or in a public class setting.

Technical Requirements:

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).

System Requirements:

  • 1GB RAM [512MB RAM] & at least 1GB of available hard disk space.
  • The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requsite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11).
