What is PRINCE2® Agile?

PRINCE2® Agile is the world’s most utilised and adopted project management method, used by people and organizations from wide-ranging industries and sectors.

The PRINCE2® Agile (6th Edition) methodology is made up of seven core Principles, Themes, and Processes. The Principles represent the ‘why’, the Themes represent the ‘what’ and the Processes represent the ‘how’ of project management – and together they provide a clear path to project management success.

PRINCE2® Agile has two levels – PRINCE2® Agile Foundation and PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner.

Description

About This Course

This foundation level will ensure candidates know and understand the PRINCE2® Agile method well enough to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2® Agile.

Prerequisites:

To start studying PRINCE2® Agile at Foundation level, it helps to have some general understanding of project management, however, there are no formal prerequisites.

Study Time:

This is a Three days intensive classroom course.

Learning Requirements

Technical Requirements:

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).

System Requirements:

  • 1GB RAM [512MB RAM] & at least 1GB of available hard disk space.
  • The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requsite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11).
