Interview Coaching Services:

Our Interview Coaching service is 100% customised to you and the job you are being interviewed for. Unlike other providers, we do not use a generic interview script. We create a tailored mock interview just for you with the questions most likely to arise and we deal with specific concerns and areas of weaknesses.

Initial telephone consultation – we get to know you and your goals. We identify problems and challenges you are facing. We will analyse your CV, the Job Description and Person Specification and match you with one of our consultants and coaching experts who will then create a custom interview script and training session with accurate interview questions including the ones you fear most.

Mock Interview: We conduct a realistic Mock Interview with you where you get expert live feedback on your answers highlighting any mistakes.

Interview Answers: We use our many years of experience to help you create powerful and successful answers and we work with you to ensure you can deliver these smoothly and successfully

Communicate Successfully: We coach you how to communicate confidently and effectively whether it be for a competency based, behavioural, a video or online interview.

Competency Based Questions: We include some tough Competency and Behavioural questions and show how to choose and structure great examples that are specific to the role

Interview Attitude: We also help improve all aspects of your interview performance including using body language, creating an excellent first impression and reducing interview nerves.
