BCS Business Analysis Diploma
The BCS Business Analysis Diploma is the most widely recognised professional qualification for analysts in the UK and is awarded by the British Computer Society (BCS). It is aimed at Business Analysts, Change Managers, and senior IT professionals. The Diploma requires successful completion of 2 core modules and 2 specialist modules. Each of these involves a written exam. Successful candidates will receive a BCS Certificate.
The delegate will be able to complete this BCS Business Analysis Diploma over 12 months.

About This Course
BCS Core modules you must pass both of these:
• BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice
• BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering
BCS Knowledge-based modules, you must pass one of these:
• BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis
BCS Practitioner Modules, you must pass one of these:
• BCS Certificate in Modelling Business Processes
BCS Oral Preparation Workshop – Exam to be booked separately.
• BCS Business Analysis Diploma Oral Preparation Workshop
This workshop will prepare you to take the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis Oral Examination.
After you have taken and passed 2 Core modules, 1 Knowledge-based module, 1 Practitioner module & BCS Oral Preparation Workshop you are then ready to take the Oral Exam.
Please note there are other knowledge-based and practitioner modules that you can take, however, Lion Heart does not have these courses.

Delegates may take the final oral examination after passing the fourth and final exam. The oral examination must be taken within 12 months of receiving the final written exam result.

Learning Requirements
Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).
- 1GB RAM [512MB RAM] & at least 1GB of available hard disk space.
- The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requsite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11).
Lion Heart Service Level Agreement (SLA) for responding to Learning enquiries are:
- An initial acknowledgement to the enquiry is sent to the candidate within 2 working hours.
- A full response, whether this is by email or telephone call is completed within one working day.
- A follow up email is sent to the candidate to confirm that the enquiry has been responded to satisfactorily, and to close the enquiry.
