What is APMG Agile Business Analyst Foundation and Practitioner (AgileBA®)
This course, accredited by APMG International and created in conjunction with the DSDM Consortium, is designed to give the Business Analyst the skills needed to successfully gather, analyse, validate and champion the requirements throughout an Agile project. The course will describe the most popular Agile approaches and will use the DSDM Agile Project Framework to take the Agile Business Analyst through the phases of an Agile project.
About This Course
Delegate will learn specific responsibilities of a Business Analyst within an Agile environment as well as the tools and techniques that can be used at various stages during a project lifecycle.
On completing this course, delegate will gain knowledge and understanding of:
• What is Agile and how it differs from more traditional project methodologies
• The overall framework of Agile
• The Agile philosophy, principles, process and products
• The roles and responsibilities of those working as part of an Agile project team
• The specific responsibilities of a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Tools and techniques that can help a Business Analyst perform their role in Agile more effectively
Presented by skilled Trainers with extensive experience in the practical application of Agile Business Analysis. The course includes examination coaching and practice using sample questions for achieving the APMG Agile Business Analysis Foundation Certificate on day 3 and APMG Agile Business Analysis Practitioner Certificate on day 4.

Learning Requirements
Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).
- 1GB RAM [512MB RAM] & at least 1GB of available hard disk space.
- The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requsite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11).
Lion Heart Service Level Agreement (SLA) for responding to Learning enquiries are:
- An initial acknowledgement to the enquiry is sent to the candidate within 2 working hours.
