About This Course

This two-day training course is one of four modules that you are required to take if you wish to obtain the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.

This course covers modeling approaches towards change, which are used to accomplish the heightened quality of services and improved efficiency. By attending this course, delegates will acquire business operations knowledge that can be subsequently used to analyse systems and identify where improvement is needed. They will be fully prepared to assist in the progress of change in a practical manner. Fundamental modeling process skills will be developed as well as a range of frameworks that they can implement in their own department.

There are a number of objectives associated with this course. It is expected that by the end of this Modelling Business Processes training course, delegates will be able to:

• Discuss business process improvement concepts and procedures

Learning Requirements

Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®️,Windows7®️, Windows Vista®️, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).

  • 1GB RAM [512MB RAM] & at least 1GB of available hard disk space.
  • The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requsite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11).

Lion Heart Service Level Agreement (SLA) for responding to Learning enquiries are:
